As trekkers and a group of friends, we absolutely loved our stay at Ali House. The rooms are spacious with all the amenities you would need at home, like a fully equipped kitchen and smart TVs. The location is perfect, within walking distance to Hoan Kiem lake and the attractions in the Old Quarter area. The owner, Ms. Quynh, was incredibly nice and helpful. We will definitely be coming back here again and again when we travel to HN.

Excellent service and awesome location.
It was a really great stay at Hanoi. Staff was amiable all around. Perfect place to stay very close to restaurants.

The staff, especially Lisa, were extremely courteous and helpful. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped. The location was perfect, within walking distance to attractions in the Old Quarter area.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, and the room was fantastic with ample space and comfortable furnishings. The location was perfect, as all the attractions were within walking distance. The staff, especially Ms. Lisa, provided exceptional hospitality and went above and beyond to assist us with tour arrangements and airport transfers.
The morning meal could have been improved with a wider variety of options.
